Over a number of years my wife and I have visited and explored many different communities as we tried to evaluate where we wanted to spend our retirement days. We approached our exploration as a new adventure and when we visited Terra Vista for the first time we met Mark Casper.
From the initial meeting over 18 months ago until now we have been fortunate to have a person like Mark on our side who helped us learn about Terra Vista, Citrus County and the life style that Florida offers to its residents. During our visits we spent countless time with Mark touring the development, evaluating model homes, properties, and all our options. Besides our visits we talked on the phone numerous occasions and shared many email messages.

During our decision process we challenged Mark to provide us many alternative options for us to evaluate until we finally decided over a period of several visits and months to build a Covington model in Sky View Villas.
Most people, like my wife and I, over the course of our working lives have built and/or purchased many homes. We can truthfully say that we have never met anyone as professional in his approach to his responsibilities in helping a potential purchaser as Mark Casper and we have dealt with many sales people. He is a man of integrity, sincerity, commitment, ingenuity, besides being a true gentleman and family man. Even after the sale was completed when many salesmen will forget you he continued to support us during the planning and decorating process giving us many ideas and alternatives for us to consider in modifying our home design. He always followed up when needed and went to bat for us when we needed help.
